Using AnalyzeYou
These terms govern your use of AnalyzeYou's website, creator tools and AI insights. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you cannot lawfully enter this agreement, or do not agree to it, do not use the service. You must have any permissions required by the laws that apply to you, including a parent or guardian's permission where necessary.
AnalyzeYou uses YouTube API Services. By using AnalyzeYou, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google sign-in and other external services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy and Data Policy explain how the service handles information. AnalyzeYou is an independent creator research tool and is not endorsed by YouTube, Google or OpenAI.
Accounts and access
Video Analyzer and Comment Downloader can be used without an account. Other available tools, private saved work and AI insights require Google sign-in. A sign-in does not verify that you own a channel or authorize private YouTube access.
Use your own authorized Google account, protect access to it and sign out on shared devices. Do not impersonate another person, access another account's private work or circumvent access controls. You remain responsible for how you use and share results from your account.
Planned tools are not available features. Their listing is not a promise of a delivery date.
Responsible use
- Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, copyright and other rights in public and submitted content.
- Do not dox, harass, unlawfully target or unlawfully profile people using comments or exported data.
- Do not submit secrets, malware, deceptive material or information you are not permitted to process.
- Do not bypass authentication, allowance limits, API restrictions or security controls, or overload the service through abusive automated requests.
- Do not present AnalyzeYou heuristics, estimates or AI suggestions as official YouTube metrics or verified facts.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other people, address misuse or meet legal obligations.
AI insights and public-data limitations
AI insights are generated from selected stored evidence when you explicitly request generation. The model may make mistakes, omit context or suggest an unhelpful action. You are responsible for reviewing the sources and deciding whether a suggestion fits your video, audience and circumstances.
The service does not guarantee views, revenue, ranking, audience growth or any other outcome. Public evidence cannot establish private CTR, viewer retention, demographics or the cause of performance. Samples are bounded and may be incomplete or outdated. Revenue calculators use your assumptions and do not report actual earnings.
AI suggestions and tool outputs are general creator research assistance, not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice. Comment Picker results are not certified contest records; you are responsible for any giveaway rules or eligibility decisions.
Usage allowance and payments
Standard accounts have five successful new AI reports per week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC. A successful new generation or regeneration uses one unit. Failed generation, reading/comparing saved reports and matching retained report reuse do not use a unit. Designated full-access accounts can have an unlimited application allowance.
Upstream quotas, availability and source expiry can still limit use. The current service has no paid plans, checkout or automatic billing. Any future paid service would require separately disclosed prices and payment terms before a purchase.
Content and intellectual property
You retain whatever rights you hold in your original content. You permit AnalyzeYou and the relevant providers to process information you submit or select as necessary to perform the tool or insight action you request, subject to the policies linked above.
YouTube videos, comments, names and images remain subject to the rights of their owners. Accessing public information, downloading an asset or exporting a sample does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish it. AI output may not be unique and is not guaranteed to be free of third-party rights.
AnalyzeYou's original brand, design and content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. The footer copyright notice does not claim ownership of your content or third-party YouTube material.
Availability and saved data
Tools depend on public data, provider availability and the configuration of this installation. We may change or discontinue features. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted access and error-free results are not guaranteed.
Saved evidence and reports are time-limited, as described in the Data Policy. A displayed expiry is not a promise that a report will remain available until that date. Keep permitted exports of information you need; the service is not a permanent archive or backup.
Third-party links, providers and image hosts operate under their own terms. We do not control their content or continued availability.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You remain responsible for your creative, publishing, financial and contest decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service unavailability, incomplete public data or reliance on suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Ending use and changing these terms
You can stop using AnalyzeYou at any time. Signing out revokes the current session; deleting your account in Account settings removes its private records as described in the Data Policy. It does not delete Google/YouTube accounts or content, external-provider records or copies you exported.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date is shown above. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any additional agreement required by law will be requested. Mandatory laws and rights that apply to you remain in effect.
