Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices you have. This policy describes the current AnalyzeYou service.

Effective and last updated

Google identity only

Sign-in does not connect your YouTube account.

You choose AI generation

Selected public evidence goes to OpenAI when you generate.

Local image tools

Uploaded images and pixels stay in your browser.

Who this policy covers

AnalyzeYou helps creators research public YouTube videos, channels and comments, use independent creator tools, and generate practical AI insights. This policy covers visitors, account holders and public information processed through those features.

AnalyzeYou uses YouTube API Services. Google and YouTube process information under the Google Privacy Policy. Our Data Policy explains storage and deletion in more detail.

The service operator for this installation is AnalyzeYou.

For privacy questions, data requests, content concerns or questions about these terms, email chaudharyrajat80@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the account or public resource concerned. Do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your Google account identifier, verified email address and name when provided, together with account and session dates. We verify your Google sign-in credential; we do not store your Google password or keep the submitted identity token as research data.
  • Research requests: video/channel/playlist identifiers, topic searches, source choices, collection dates and tool results. Signed-in saved work and AI reports are associated with your account. Anonymous public-data tools may also store the public information they collect.
  • Public YouTube information: titles, descriptions, tags, channel details, public statistics, image links and bounded comment samples. Stored comments can include public author display names/channel identifiers, text, dates, likes and reply counts. Public information can still contain personal information.
  • AI report records: the selected evidence, generated report, goal, source dates, model, token usage and successful-generation allowance records.
  • Operational information: request outcomes, resource identifiers, timings and errors needed to operate the service. Hosting and network systems may also process IP addresses, browser details and access logs.

We do not currently collect payment-card information. The service has no checkout. Avoid entering secrets, confidential information or sensitive personal information into search topics or other tool inputs.

Why we use this information

We use information to verify sign-in, protect private work, retrieve public evidence, calculate tool results, save and reopen research, generate the insights you request, enforce the weekly allowance, and diagnose failures or misuse.

Reusing retained results reduces repeated API requests and unnecessary AI generation. Your account's saved library and AI reports are not published to other users. Public video/channel information can be reused independently of your private workspace.

The current service does not sell personal information, run advertising trackers or include behavioral advertising. Necessary service operation and third-party requests described below still process information.

Google, YouTube and OpenAI

Google sign-in: the sign-in page loads Google Identity Services. Google receives the information needed to show its sign-in button and verify your identity. Sign-in alone does not authorize access to private YouTube analytics, grant channel-management permissions or connect a channel.

YouTube research and suggestions: the backend sends requested public-resource identifiers and keyword topics to YouTube. Keyword Analyzer and Tag Generator may send the topic to Google's suggestion service for optional wording suggestions.

Public images: some thumbnails and channel images load directly from Google/YouTube image hosts. Those hosts receive normal connection information, which can include your IP address and browser details. Image downloads may instead pass through AnalyzeYou's bounded download service.

AI insights: clicking Generate or Generate a new version can send selected stored video facts, title/description/tag excerpts, optional channel context and up to 50 selected comment excerpts to OpenAI. Separate comment author names and channel identifiers are omitted from the AI evidence, but personal information within the source text is not automatically removed. Excluded evidence sources are not sent. Reading a saved report or reusing a matching retained report does not start a new generation.

AnalyzeYou disables saved-response storage in its OpenAI request. This does not guarantee zero retention by the provider; other processing and retention are governed by OpenAI's API data controls. Deleting your AnalyzeYou account does not directly delete records a provider maintains under its own policies.

The service operator and infrastructure providers may access information as needed to operate, protect and support this installation. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal claims. External providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Session cookie: keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, defaults to a 30-day lifetime and can be configured for 1–90 days by the operator. Signing out revokes the current session.
  • Sign-in nonce cookie: checks that a Google sign-in belongs to the login attempt. It expires after 15 minutes and is removed after successful sign-in.
  • Theme preference: your dark/light choice is kept in local browser storage until you change it or clear site data.
  • Local tool history: signed-in local tool results, uploaded images, QR URLs/images, calculations, tag selections and completed comment draws can be kept in this browser's IndexedDB. Entries are scoped to the signed-in account, available for up to 30 days and limited to 20 per tool / 100 MiB per account. They do not sync to other devices.
  • Google's browser processing: the sign-in service and directly loaded public images have their own privacy practices, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can clear or block site storage through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in and private features from working. No AnalyzeYou advertising or analytics cookie is included in the current application.

Browser-only tools and uploads

Images uploaded to Thumbnail Tester, Thumbnail Analyzer and the color tools are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to AnalyzeYou's server. Completed local work and its images can be saved in this browser's account-scoped tool history. Manual money/timing calculations, QR generation and tag editing also run locally.

Each tool's Past usage page lets you reopen and clear its device history. Expired entries are excluded from reads and pruned during browser-history access; older entries can be removed earlier to meet storage limits. Signing out hides your account's history but does not erase browser storage. Clear site data on shared devices. Account deletion attempts to clear that account's local history in the current browser; copies on other devices require separate clearing.

Choosing a separate remote option, such as loading a YouTube video or generating topic suggestions, sends the corresponding identifier or topic as described above. Downloaded exports and copied results are under your control; we cannot remove copies you keep or share outside the service.

Retention and security

API-derived observations and their report/evidence copies have a maximum eligibility period of 30 days from the included observation dates. An older source can shorten a report's lifetime. Content can be removed earlier; refreshing one source does not renew the other sources or earlier reports.

Expired content is blocked from normal reads and new generation. Physical deletion uses operator-run cleanup; the current installation does not automatically schedule that cleanup. Account identity and limited operational/allowance records have different lifetimes and are not all governed by the 30-day source limit. See the retention details.

The service uses account-based access controls, hashed session records and server-side credential verification. No system is completely secure. This policy does not promise a particular hosting region, backup schedule or security certification.

Your choices and data requests

You can use Video Analyzer and Comment Downloader without signing in. Other available tools and AI insights require an account. You decide when to collect fresh data, which optional sources to include and whether to generate insights.

Delete your AnalyzeYou account in Account settings to remove its private saved work, AI reports and sessions. This does not delete your Google account, YouTube content or independently collected shared public information. Signing out alone does not delete saved work.

You can manage third-party connections through Google Account permissions. Removing a Google connection is separate from deleting an AnalyzeYou account; the current service does not request a YouTube channel-access grant.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact the operator using the details above; we may need to verify your identity. If your concern relates to a public comment or another person's public content, identify the resource so the operator can assess the request. There is no self-service bulk account export or public-content removal form at present.

Children and policy changes

AnalyzeYou is a creator research service and is not designed for children. We do not ask for children's personal information. Contact the operator if you believe a child has supplied personal information that needs attention.

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The effective date appears above. A change to the wording does not itself grant permission for a new use of your data; additional notice or consent will be sought where required.
